TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS
● All Rise Fitness clients must have a unique account with a valid e-mail and phone number to register for classes. Registration for classes may be done online, on our app, or in-person at the studio.
● If the class you’d like to book is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. As spots are canceled, the list moves up automatically and moves the next person into the spot that was canceled. A notification email will be sent immediately.
● If you sign up for the waitlist, you are agreeing to the same terms as signing up for a class. The same cancellation policy applies. However, if you move off the waitlist less than 30 minutes prior to class and cannot make it, let us know and you will be “early canceled.”
● If the waitlist is full, we ask that you continue to check said class for availability or choose another class time. We cannot add clients to the waitlist once it is full.
● If you have not checked in 3 minutes prior to class, your spot will be given away. If you are running late, you MUST CALL the studio and we will hold your spot for 5 minutes after the start of class time. First time clients must arrive 15 minutes before class starts to participate.
CANCELLATIONS
● All classes must be canceled 12 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancellation fee of $15 for monthly unlimited members or the loss of one class from your class package.
● A client may cancel a class online, on our app, in-studio, or by calling and leaving a time stamped voicemail more than 12 hours before the class.
● Reserved spots are released to waiting clients 3 minutes prior to class if you have not arrived and have not called to let us know you are running late.
● If you are running late, please call and we will hold your spot for 5 minutes from the start of class. After 5 minutes, you will not be allowed into class and will be charged a late cancellation fee or lose the class.
● If you do not show up, cancel your class, or contact us within the appropriate amount of time, you will be charged a no show rate of $30. No exceptions.
● If you have a confirmed spot for one class and get into another from the waitlist within the late cancel period, you will be charged for both spots – we are unable to accommodate switching between classes.
● Early cancels are not refunded - the class is put back into your account for a future use.
CHARGES
● We are a cash free studio -- all accounts require a credit card to be stored on file. No exceptions.
● All classes must be paid in full by the time the class begins. If you take a class without any previously purchased class/classes on your account, you will automatically be charged for a single class.
● In an effort to increase our sustainability practices, Rise Fitness does not sell single-use water bottles. Reusable water bottles are available for sale for $30 and will be charged to your credit card. We also have free water-fill stations in our studio.
● All merchandise has a 7 day return policy. Tags must be on and merchandise must be unused.
● Gift cards are valid for Rise Fitness classes and merchandise only and cannot be converted into cash value.
● If a client’s credit card is rejected for class, they must update their credit card information prior to being permitted to take another class. WAIVER By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to our new client waiver. Please review before your first class. The waiver is available in full below.
MINORS
● You must be 14 years or older to take a Rise Fitness class. If you are under 18 years old, we require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-studio in person prior to class.
● We do not allow unaccompanied minors to be left in the lobby during class. No exceptions.
MISCELLANEOUS
● Our monthly pricing is a “month to month” contract. The minimum term is 1 month before you are able to cancel. If you need to terminate your contract, we require 30 days advance notice in writing.
● All single and multiple class packages have expiration dates subject to change without notice.
● Rise Fitness is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All items left in the studio will be kept in lost and found for 1 month before being donated.
