At Rise Fitness, we believe that movement is medicine and mixing up your workouts keeps things interesting and your body guessing. We offer multiple different class formats so that you can always find a way to move your body in a way that matches your mood, energy level, and fitness goals.
CLIMB
A 30-minute, high intensity, low impact workout that is choreographed on the Versa Climber to the beat of the music! Climbing aligns your spine and engages all major muscle groups for a total body workout!
BARRE
UpBeat Barre fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, and aerobics into a low impact workout. This workout is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles to the rhythm of the music! In this class we use a mix of 1-5 pound dumbbells & bands.
TABATA
High Intensity Interval Training using short bursts of peak effort. This class alternates between periods of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery. We use a variety of exercises and equipment including dumbbells, slam balls, bands for a total body workout.
LIFT
Functional strength training using dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises to improve strength, stamina and flexibility. Our focus is simple: lift hard and heavy!
YAH
YAH stands for You Are Here - it’s a low impact mashup of Pilates, Yoga, and BootCamp. The movements are done on the YAH place mat, designed to help ground you and nail each exercise. We use weighted wrist/ankle bracelets, resistance loops, and heavy weights for a total body workout.
HIGH
High Fitness is a zero equipment, full body, rhythm-based workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health. Think old school aerobics made modern with alternating bouts of high-intensity movement and moderate/active recovery.
