  • We first recommend downloading our app (search: Rise Fitness New). Once you have the app downloaded, find the class you would like to reserve and book that baby by purchasing a single class, class pack or membership!

  • Expect a welcoming, inclusive environment, with incredible instructors that will help push you past your limits! Each class will leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle whatever your day brings!

    Come ready to sweat in comfortable workout clothes. If it’s your first time to the studio, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and help you grab appropriate equipment for your class (if needed). Bring your water bottle — you’ll need it! We have a filtered water station available for refills. We’ll also provide you with a complimentary sweat towel.

  • If the class you have your sights set on is full, add yourself to the waitlist - THE WAITLISTS WORK! As others cancel their reservations, spots in the class will automatically open and an e-mail will be sent to the next person in line on the waitlist. If you sign up for the waitlist, your reservation will be treated the same as if you were to sign up for the class. As in, if you don't cancel your waitlist spot and make it into class from the waitlist, we expect to see you! Our 12-hour cancellation policy still applies! If you're placed into class from the waitlist less than 60 minutes prior to class and are unable to attend, your late fee/no show penalty can be waived.

    If you sign up for a waitlist, please anticipate getting into class - you can check your status on the app!

  • We sure do! Our front desk team will show you how to lock your personal items so they are safe and secure while you’re in class.

  • No, but we’ve got some items in our bathrooms to help you refresh and feel almost good as new! ;)

  • Please arrive on time for class. If you are running late, please call our front desk at 360-210-7886, so we can hold your spot. If you are late to class and do not contact the studio, your space may be given to a standby participant at the start of class.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    To receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your class by logging into the Rise Fitness app, calling the studio at 360-433-2718, or emailing us at info@risefitnesswa.com. Also, keep in mind that phone and email cancellations must also be received at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.

    Failure to cancel 12 hours before the start of class will result in:

    • loss of one (1) credit for 4x/10x monthly members, single classes & class packs.

    • $15 late fee for unlimited and ALL IN unlimited monthly members.

    NO SHOW POLICY:

    Failure to show up for a class will result in a $30 fee for Unlimited and ALL IN Unlimited monthly members. For our 4x/10x monthly members, single classes & class packs, failure to show up for class will result in the loss of one (1) credit.

    *Please note, the same cancellation and no show policies apply to any guest you reserve under your account.

  • There is no magic number! However, we do recommend incorporating intentional rest days and a healthy lifestyle outside of the studio to achieve desired results.

  • Participants must be at least 14 years of age. If under 18, parental consent is required.

  • Yes, absolutely. Each class can be catered to your individual fitness level. Our instructors are well trained and will make sure you feel comfortable with modifications to lower or increase the intensity of your workout.

  • We sure do! We’d love to host your next birthday party, corporate event or wedding crew! You bring your people and we’ll take care of the rest. Call, e-mail, or visit the studio to get your party STARTED!

  • Absolutely! You can purchase gift cards on our website or app and send them to your recipient via email. Or you can visit us at the studio and purchase a physical gift card too!

  • You can freeze your membership up to 90 days per year for a minimum of 30 days at a time. Freezing your membership reserves your spot at the studio + keeps your current rate.

    If you need to terminate your membership, please send us an email at info@risefitnesswa.com. We require a 30 day notice.
