Our classes are designed to keep your body guessing and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. Because at Rise, our workouts aren’t just about getting fitβ€”they’re about the transformative power of movement. We believe that an amazing workout can not only change your mood; it can change your life!

So, What’s The Workout?

Ok, here’s the best part. If you’re a group fitness junkie and belong to *cough* multiple *cough* studios (no judgement, we’ve been there!) Rise just might be the answer to your prayers. Rise is one studio, one community, multiple group fitness formats. Are you jumping up and down yet?! Get your sweat on with:

  • High Fitness is a zero equipment, full body, rhythm-based workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health. Think old school aerobics made modern with alternating bouts of high-intensity movement and moderate/active recovery.

  • UpBeat Barre fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, and aerobics into a low impact workout. This workout is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles to the rhythm of the music! In this class we use a mix of 1-5 pound dumbbells, booty bands, and bender balls!

  • High Intensity Interval Training using short bursts of peak effort. This class alternates between periods of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery. We use a variety of exercises and equipment including dumbbells, slam balls, bands, and more for a total body workout.

  • Functional strength training using dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises to improve strength, stamina and flexibility. Our focus is simple: lift hard and heavy!

  • Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises including timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training, and balance work.

  • A 30-minute, high intensity workout that is choreographed on the Versa Climber to the beat of the music! Climbing aligns your spine and engages all major muscle groups, with virtually ZERO impact.

  • YAH stands for You Are Here and is a low impact mashup of Pilates, yoga, and BootCamp. The movements are done on the YAH place mat, designed to help ground you and nail the movements. We use weighted wrist/ankle bracelets, resistance loops, and heavy weights for a total body workout.

Moms are basically superheroes. And superheroes gotta train! At Rise, we provide childcare so that you can take that hour for yourself, be in community, sweat it out, and go back to saving the day! Check out our Kids Club schedule and let’s workout!
